Life-Size Halloween Cat Display with Rotating Pumpkin Canopy
Standing 5.5 metres tall and 5.45 metres wide, this Halloween cat display is built as a complete scene: a giant ribbed pumpkin canopy crowns the character, the cat sits with a guitar under a star-studded witch hat and purple bat wings, and a flower basket base closes the composition at ground level. The whole unit turns slowly on a motor-driven base, so the scene reads from every approach and works as a natural photo point.
A Character Built to Be Photographed
The cat is sculpted rather than printed flat: painted freckles, whiskers, paws and the guitar strings stay crisp at close range, which matters when visitors stand directly in front of it. The witch hat, wings and guitar are modelled as separate elements, giving the silhouette depth instead of a flat cut-out look.
All material and accessory suppliers have been checked by our purchasing department. They all have the necessary corresponding
certificates, such as CE, UL, ISO9001, and reached excellent environmental protecting standards.
Work Flow
1. Mechanical Frame: Weld the steel frame as per the posture of the design.After welding completes,paint anti-rust on the frame.
2. Modelling: Cover the frame with high-density foam after the movements test.
3. Carving: Professional carving masters have more than 10 years of experience.
They create the perfect dinosaur body proportions base on scientific data and the design
4. Painting: Painting master can paint dinosaurs according to customer's requirement.
5. Final Testing: Each dinosaur will also be continuous operated testing one day before shipping.
6. Packing & Shipping: Bubble bags protect the dinosaurs from any damage ,.
PP film fix the bubble bags. Each dinosaur will be packed carefully and with particular focus on protecting the eyes and mouth.
7. On-site Installation: We also send engineers to customer's place to install dinosaurs.
